I was a first time home buyer when Charlie Taranto was appointed to help me have success in finding my dream house. I was given a small deadline to get this exhausting house hunt completed in a short period of time. Charlie worked so very hard and stayed consistent in helping me to achieve this emotional roller coaster of a ride. I used Charlie to sell my old home and find a new home. He is an incredibly hard working man and went over and above to make sure that my home was sold as fast as possibly by getting as much information out to the public as was possible. I've never seen another realtor put up so many pictures of a home before, and all were the most flattering angles to make the house look spectacular.
I had a set budget on what I was willing to spend on buying a home and the price rage I was looking at was very difficult to find anything worth purchasing. But Charlie took me to multiple different locations, searching for that perfect home and without complaint. He came through with a much nicer home than I could have really asked for and I am truly grateful for his hard work and I would definitely use him again.
