Charlie went above and beyond to help us land the house of our dreams as first time home buyers. We did everything in the "wrong" order (for example, calling him out of the blue to ask him to represent us after already finding the house we wanted) and he was able to keep everything on track in spite of our inexperience. He even opened his office after business hours in order to write an offer on the house! He was personable, knowledgeable, and had excellent recommendations for contractors, etc. both before and after closing. We would highly recommend him!
